Why don't the users' accounts created in IPBRICK.I » Users Management appear in the CAFE online/offline list?

Users status are only displayed in CAFE "users list" after their first log in to the CAFE.


How does one configure CAFE's administration rights, in order to add polls, news items etc.?

In IPBrick.GT » Ucoip Page, you can configure "Users with administrative privileges" .

By default, the user that has privileges is the "Administrator", but you must not log in as Administrator (LDAP). Despite Administrator being listed, you must log in as admin.

Any users you add as "Users with administrative privileges" do not automatically get Administrative rights if they have not logged in. You have to log in in CAFE and promote them from user to Administrator.

Then the user has to log out, "*Clear the browser cache*", and log back in; after that he will have administrative privileges.


Why don't I have sound when doing a video call?

Check if you have any other applications running that might be using your microphone. If so, please close those applications and try to do the video call again.
